The text is divided to 2 parts: basic knowledge about WFD and „national solutions“ from partner’s countries (UK, Italy, Poland, Germany, and Czech Republic). National solutions help to understand WFD parts and there are very important as practical examples. The content of the course incorporates the basic parts of implementation of WFD to River Basin Plans. Very important chapters are Chapter 4 Protected area register, Chapter 5 Monitoring and Chapter 6 Programme of measures.
